Shortcut Widgets

One-keystroke execution templates. Define once, deploy instantly.

Shortcut Widgets are currently in development and not yet available.

What They'll Do

Shortcut Widgets will transform complex trade setups into one-click execution. You'll define a trading pattern once — entry logic, position sizing, stops, targets, and risk limits — then deploy it instantly every time you see that setup.

No forms. No re-entering numbers. No copy-paste errors. One click deploys a complete trade with all parameters baked in.

Pre-built templates will cover common patterns like scalps, momentum entries, mean-reversion setups, and hedges. You'll also be able to create and save custom widgets for any pattern you trade repeatedly.

Pre-Built Templates

PerpDesk ships with templates that cover the most common patterns:

  • Scalp (5m+), Small position, tight stop at 2xATR, target at 3:1 R:R
  • Momentum Long, At breakout, trailing stop, multiple target levels
  • Mean Reversion, Support/resistance limit order, 3-target exit ladder
  • Hedge, Opposite position sized to offset existing directional risk
  • Quick Exit, Market close for rapid risk reduction

Each template is customizable. Save your tweaked versions.

Creating Custom Widgets

Build a widget for any pattern you trade repeatedly. Examples:

  • "Funding Basis Arb", Spot buy + perp short at specific funding rate, limits on both legs
  • "Breakout Scalp Setup", Limit order at breakout level, tight stop, quick TP
  • "Vol Spike Long", Trigger when VIX-equivalent spikes, risk-proportioned size, 2-target exit
  • "Grid Start", Initialize a 12-level grid between support and resistance

The widget builder enforces realistic parameters and auto-suggests values based on current market conditions (volatility, regime, funding rate).

How Agents Use Widgets

Koda executes Shortcut Widgets as part of orchestrated strategies:

  • Riven designs a strategy specifying "Execute with Momentum Long widget"
  • Brix validates the widget's risk parameters against portfolio limits
  • Koda watches for the trigger condition (e.g., Vanta detects breakout regime)
  • When triggered, Koda invokes the widget with all parameters instantly applied
  • Lucid tracks the outcome and feeds results back to improve future widget performance

This turns a complex manual workflow into a single coordinated action. No delays between decision and execution.
