The Problem Mentor Solves

Mentor's job is to demystify the entire system, make every trade a learning opportunity, and turn you into a trader who understands why your desk makes decisions. Mentor translates agent decisions into educational frameworks, making the desk's intelligence accessible rather than opaque. It explains why Vanta detected a regime shift, how Riven constructed a strategy, or why Brix enforced a risk reduction. Mentor runs simulated scenarios using historical data from Lucid, provides risk education, and enables paper trading in live market conditions, building trader competence alongside agent coordination.
What Mentor Will Do
Mentor will translate desk decisions into plain-language explanations that meet you at your skill level.
Decision narration — when Vanta shifts regime, Mentor explains why. When Brix trims your size, Mentor explains the constraint.
Concept explanations — funding rates, break of structure, exposure caps, and other terms explained in context.
Skill-adaptive depth — beginner gets full step-by-step framing. Advanced gets terse flags and edge-case callouts.
Behavioral coaching — surfaces patterns from Lucid's data. When your overrides beat Riven's, Mentor tells you. When you revenge-trade after losses, Mentor tells you that too.
What Mentor Won't Do
Mentor won't trade. It explains, contextualizes, and coaches. The decisions stay with the active agents and you.
