How You Stay Connected
PerpDesk keeps you informed through three communication channels that are live today, with external notification channels on the way.
Agent Chat
You can message your agents directly through the in-app chat interface. The Orchestrator routes your message to the right specialist — ask about market regime and Vanta responds, ask about risk and Brix takes over.
This is a natural language conversation. Ask questions, request analysis, approve or reject recommendations, or tell an agent to adjust its strategy. Your agents understand context and respond with reasoning, not just data points.
War Room
The War Room is where you see your agents debate. When agents have different views on a trade setup — say Luma sees a strong signal but Brix flags elevated risk — the War Room shows you the full consensus process. Who agrees, who disagrees, and why.
This gives you transparency into how your desk arrives at recommendations, so you can make informed decisions rather than blindly following a single signal.
In-App Notifications
Real-time notifications stream to your browser via SSE (server-sent events). You see agent activity, trade executions, risk alerts, and position updates as they happen — no polling, no refreshing.
Your Agents Know How to Reach You
PerpDesk connects to your existing communication channels so your agents can contact you the same way a human colleague would, through the platforms you already check throughout the day.

You choose which channels each type of notification goes to. Urgent alerts (liquidation risk, stop triggered) can go to Telegram for instant delivery. Daily performance summaries can go to email. Strategy updates can post to your team's Slack channel. You control the routing.
Why This Matters
The communication layer is what turns PerpDesk from a trading platform into a trading desk. DEXs don't notify you when your position is down 40% or when you're approaching liquidation. PerpDesk's agents monitor everything and keep you informed — today through in-app chat and notifications, and soon through every channel you already use.
